The Recipe
We are often creative about our dishes but to those who want to start with a simple recipe, this is your guide:
Ingredients
– 1 teaspoon of your favorite healthy cooking oil (olive, vegetable, palm, etc)
– 2 gloves of garlic (or as you desire)
– 1 medium sized onion (or as you desire)
– 2 cans of sardines in tomato sauce
– Spaghetti noodles
Directions
– Boil the spaghetti noodles. Set aside.
– Put oil in the pan.
– Saute garlic and onion.
– Put the sardines.
– After a few minutes, put the cooked sardines on the noodles and gently mix them.
